08/2023, ImproVision merges with SCHWEIZER
Special optics company SCHWEIZER, producer and supplier of Europe’s largest range of innovative vision aids, is reorganising its export division.
In order to simplify administrative processes, make better use of synergies, and further strengthen the SCHWEIZER brand, ImproVision, hitherto a subsidiary, will be fully integrated into SCHWEIZER as of August 2023.
ImproVision was founded in 2001 to develop SCHWEIZER’s global export activities in the low vision sector. In 2015, ImproVision expanded its product range and launched a selection of high addition spectacles and light protection spectacles. Today, ImproVision has a network of highly specialised SCHWEIZER distribution partners in over 40 countries. They form the foundation of the company’s excellent market position and will continue to be served by the same contacts as before.
